The DAGIR® series of Laser Aiming Modules (LAM) is offered in two variations, DAGIR®-V1 and DAGIR®-V2. US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) recently selected the DAGIR®-V1 for the Squad Aiming Laser – Ultra High Power (SAL-UHP) program in autumn 2024. Additionally, the DAGIR®-V2 was selected by USSOCOM for the Miniature Aiming Laser – Ultra High Power (MAL-UHP) program. The DAGIR® was designed and developed with extensive end-user feedback by B.E. Meyers & Co., Inc.®, and is distributed in France by SCOPEX.

The DAGIR® delivers full digital control of visible and infrared pointers and illumination functions. This increases the unit’s durability and decreases size and weight by eliminating moving parts within the device. The digital controls also allow full manipulation of the VCSEL illuminator and pointers power and divergence settings. The proprietary Wakizashi® communications port offers versatile cable integration via Unity™ Tactical remotes. Designed for weapon-mounted applications from carbines to crew-served weapons and remote platforms, the DAGIR® represents a significant evolution in NIR illuminator and NIR + visible aiming combat laser systems.
