Headquartered in Poland, Direct Action has established itself as one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of advanced tactical equipment for special operations forces, law enforcement, and military professionals worldwide. The company’s philosophy is rooted in field experience, precision craftsmanship, and a commitment to reliability, which are essential principles in an industry where performance under pressure is critical.

Every Direct Action product reflects a deep understanding of operational realities. The brand was founded by specialists with direct experience in modern tactical environments, ensuring that every design detail stems from practical use rather than theory. From the drawing board to the battlefield, the company integrates operator feedback into the development process, combining modern technology with uncompromising quality control.

All products are manufactured in Poland, enabling the company to maintain full oversight of the production chain, from prototype development and testing to final inspection. This tight control ensures durability, modularity, and adaptability across all its equipment, creating systems that can be configured to meet the specific needs of the mission and the operator.

Live Demonstrations by Elite Professionals

Visitors to Milipol Paris 2025 will have the opportunity to experience Direct Action’s philosophy in action through exclusive live demonstrations. These sessions will be led by Grzegorz “Żwiru” Urbański, a veteran of Poland’s elite Special Mission Unit GROM. His gear configuration presentations will show how the company’s modular systems can be adapted for different mission profiles and environments.

Attendees will also meet Tomasz “Lasek” Laskowski, another GROM operator, who will share insights into how Direct Action gear performs in demanding real-world conditions. Both specialists exemplify the company’s guiding principle of “Individual-as-a-System”, the idea that equipment should adapt to the user, enhancing mobility, comfort, and performance without compromise.

These daily, on-demand sessions will allow visitors to see first-hand how Direct Action® products are configured for various operational needs, demonstrating the seamless integration between design innovation and field functionality.

New Products Debuting at Milipol Paris 2025

Direct Action will unveil several new products at Milipol Paris 2025, each extending its modular ecosystem of mission gear. Among the highlights is Multicam Tropic, a new camouflage pattern designed for dense, green environments such as jungles and forests. The pattern’s unique geometry and colour palette offer enhanced concealment in foliage-rich terrains.

Another key innovation is the Spitfire QR Plate Carrier, the latest evolution of the company’s well-known Spitfire platform. Featuring a quick-release mechanism for rapid doffing and improved modularity, it remains lightweight and robust, meeting the expectations of operators who require both flexibility and protection.

The Firefly Sleeve MKII offers a refined, low-profile design with improved ventilation and load stability, suited for high-mobility or low-visibility missions. Similarly, the Tomcat Belt Sleeve provides an ergonomic and versatile solution, available in both hook and loop configurations to accommodate user preference and mission type. Its construction ensures lasting comfort and optimal load distribution during extended operations.

The Mortar Backpack has been purpose-built to carry up to ten 60 mm mortar rounds securely. Reinforced straps, optimised balance, and fast-access compartments make it a vital tool for heavy-support units. The Liberator Roll Bag, meanwhile, is a large-capacity transport system that enables operators to move their full loadout with efficiency and protection. Its roll-top design, compression system, and durable materials combine practicality with resilience.

Complementing these larger items are several smaller yet essential accessories. The Grenade Bandolier 40 mm MK II allows the secure and efficient transport of ten 40 mm grenades, while the Hydro Pouch MK II offers a universal hydration and utility solution for extended missions. The NVG Pouch MK II has also been redesigned to allow both vertical and horizontal mounting of night vision devices, providing flexibility and improved accessibility.

Each of these innovations reflects Direct Action’s continued pursuit of modularity, reliability, and mission adaptability, hallmarks that have earned the company recognition among military and tactical professionals worldwide.
