Part of the Milipol Network, MTX (Milipol TechX) 2026 will gather public safety leaders in Singapore from 28 to 30 April, combining strategic dialogue, operational expertise and technology showcases at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.

For four decades, the Milipol Network has served as a meeting point for governments, security forces, civil defence agencies and industry leaders navigating an evolving security landscape. From Europe to the Middle East, India and Latin America, each event reflects regional priorities while maintaining a shared commitment to operational relevance and international cooperation. In 2026, that global framework once again extends to Southeast Asia as MTX (Milipol TechX) opens its doors from 28 to 30 April at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore.

Formerly known as Milipol Asia-Pacific, MTX (Milipol TechX) represents the continued evolution of the Milipol brand in the region. Hosted in Singapore, a recognised hub for public safety and advanced technologies, the event focuses on next-generation security solutions, operational systems and collaboration across public and private sectors. Born from a partnership between France’s Civipol and Singapore’s HTX, MTX is a platform where innovation and practical deployment intersect. With 15,000 attendees and 3,000 influential delegates expected to attend, the 2026 edition will once again be a major gathering for the sector.

A regional platform within a global security network

MTX (Milipol TechX) operates within the broader Milipol Network, which includes flagship events such as Milipol Paris, Milipol Qatar, Milipol India and Milipol Brazil. While each exhibition responds to its own geopolitical and operational context, they share a common objective: to address emerging security challenges through innovation, dialogue and knowledge exchange.

Security dynamics in Asia-Pacific are defined by speed and scale. Rapid urban development, high-density infrastructure and digitally integrated systems have altered both threat profiles and response frameworks. Against this backdrop, MTX positions itself not as a product showcase alone, but as a working environment for evaluating how technology intersects with policy and field operations.

Three days of dialogue and operational insight

One of the main highlights of MTX (Milipol TechX) is a rich conference programme designed to provide insights on key themes and trends shaping the industry. The programme features three days of sessions on public safety, security technology and cross-sector collaboration, each structured around concrete security and technology challenges facing public safety institutions.

The first speaker line-up features senior leaders, practitioners and experts from government agencies and industry, with additional names to be announced in the coming weeks.

On 28 April, the programme will open with New Frontlines: Emerging Threats Shaping the Future of Public Safety, which will address how institutions are adapting to increasingly complex and interconnected risk environments. It will be followed by Innovation under Pressure: Rethinking Risk, Speed and Failure in Public Safety Tech, examining how agencies will accelerate innovation while safeguarding operational reliability.

The second day will shift towards technology integration. Next-Gen ConOps / Future of Operations: Imagining Tomorrow’s Public Safety will explore how operational models will evolve alongside digital infrastructure and advanced analytics, while Next-Gen Response: Integrating AI and Robotics into Public Safety will focus on the deployment of artificial intelligence and robotic systems in frontline settings.

Digital trust and governance will also feature prominently on 29 April. Connected, Safe and Trusted: Partnerships for a Resilient Digital Future will examine cross-sector collaboration to reinforce digital resilience, and AI Transparency & Explainability: Can We Trust the Black Box? will address accountability and oversight in the use of algorithmic systems within security environments.

On 30 April, the programme will feature the Crisis Leadership Forum and the HEARTS roundtable. These sessions provide a more focused setting for senior decision-makers and practitioners to engage in structured discussion on leadership, coordination and resilience within complex security environments, complementing the broader conference themes explored earlier in the week.

Alongside the conference, the exhibition floor will showcase a range of solutions designed to meet real-world public safety needs. The emphasis on demonstrations and application reflects the practical orientation of the Milipol ecosystem.

Systems and solutions for law enforcement, emergency response and critical infrastructure protection are evaluated in terms of integration and field performance rather than conceptual novelty. In this sense, MTX functions as both a knowledge forum and a marketplace for operational capability.

Continuity within the Milipol framework

While rooted in the Asia-Pacific context, MTX (Milipol TechX) remains firmly embedded within the Milipol Network, contributing to an international line-up of security exhibitions that share structural principles while adapting to regional priorities.

What distinguishes MTX is its Asia-Pacific lens. The discussions in Singapore will reflect the specific regulatory, technological and infrastructural conditions of the region. At the same time, conversations on technology integration, resilience and cross-sector cooperation resonate beyond the region, feeding into a broader exchange that continues across the network’s other editions.

From 28 to 30 April 2026, Marina Bay Sands will once again host this convergence. Policymakers, enforcement agencies, emergency response professionals and industry leaders will gather in an environment designed to test ideas against operational reality. As part of the Milipol Network, MTX (Milipol TechX) 2026 reflects the ongoing effort to align technological advancement with institutional responsibility, linking regional realities in Asia-Pacific with the global security community convened under the Milipol banner.
