Intellitronika, an Italy-based provider of digital solutions for public security and law enforcement, presented an integrated suite of technologies at Milipol Paris 2025 to support information sharing, field safety and operational agility for police and security agencies worldwide.

In contemporary law enforcement, the effectiveness of an operation increasingly depends on the quality and speed of information. From patrol officers to command centres, security professionals operate in environments where data must be captured, shared and interpreted in real time. It is within this context that Intellitronika has positioned itself, developing technologies that bridge the gap between field operations and central decision making.

Founded in Italy and headquartered in Rome, the company has steadily expanded its role as a provider of digital solutions for public security, emergency services and institutional clients, with a particular focus on usability in demanding operational environments.

Since its creation in 2010, Intellitronika has pursued the objective of designing technological systems that are shaped by operational realities rather than abstract innovation. The company works across software platforms, connected devices and secure communication infrastructures, offering tools that help law enforcement agencies modernise workflows while maintaining control over sensitive information. Its approach combines system integration, user-centred design and a strong emphasis on data security, reflecting the growing complexity of public safety missions in Europe and beyond.

Building Integrated Digital Ecosystems for Policing

At the heart of Intellitronika’s portfolio is the idea of integration. Modern policing relies on multiple sources of information, from identity databases and vehicle registers to live video feeds and incident reports. Intellitronika’s CODe platform has been developed to act as a unifying digital layer, transforming standard mobile devices into secure operational tools for officers on duty. Through CODe, personnel in the field can exchange encrypted messages, transmit photos and videos, access multiple databases and send structured reports directly to control rooms.

The platform is designed to operate across different environments, allowing command centres to maintain a real-time overview of deployed units, locations and incidents. This bidirectional flow of information reduces delays between observation and decision, while also limiting the need for manual data re-entry after an operation. According to Intellitronika, the system is modular, enabling agencies to adapt functionalities to their specific organisational structures and legal frameworks.

Beyond mobile platforms, the company has developed solutions dedicated to centralised operations. Intellikore, for example, is conceived as a multifunctional control room environment that aggregates incoming data streams and supports coordinated responses. By combining mapping, communication tools and multimedia management, such systems are intended to help operators manage complex situations more efficiently, particularly during large-scale events or emergencies.

Field Protection and Evidence Management in Connected Environments

Officer safety and accountability are central themes in current debates around law enforcement technology. Intellitronika has addressed these issues through its work on body-worn cameras and rapid assistance devices. Its portfolio includes advanced bodycam solutions designed to integrate seamlessly with its digital platforms, enabling secure capture, storage and transmission of audiovisual evidence.

At Milipol Paris 2025, Intellitronika showcased its latest generation of body-worn cameras, including the Muv 5G bodycam, a 5G-enabled device that supports faster data transmission and on-scene intelligence gathering, signalling continued investment in hardware that interacts seamlessly with digital platforms.

Complementing hardware, Intellitronika has developed iBwc, a system dedicated to the management of digital evidence. This solution is intended to handle the full lifecycle of audiovisual data, from capture in the field to secure archiving and controlled access for investigative or judicial purposes. By structuring metadata and access rights, the system aims to support evidentiary integrity while simplifying administrative processes for agencies managing large volumes of digital material.

Another aspect of field protection is rapid assistance. The company’s Nora device has been conceived as a connected object that can be used to trigger alerts and support emergency responses. While discreet in form, such devices reflect a broader trend towards equipping officers with tools that enhance personal safety without adding operational complexity.

Long-term Collaboration with the Arma dei Carabinieri

One of the most significant reference points in Intellitronika’s development has been its collaboration with the Arma dei Carabinieri, the national gendarmerie of Italy. Over the years, the company has contributed to several projects aimed at modernising digital tools for this national force. Among these initiatives is OTTO, a tablet-based system designed to support patrol activities by providing officers with direct access to operational information while on duty.

In addition, Intellitronika has been involved in the development of the official digital presence of the Arma dei Carabinieri, adapting technological solutions to the institution’s communication and organisational requirements.

A Strategic Presence at Milipol Paris 2025

The presentation of these solutions took on particular significance at Milipol Paris 2025, held in November. As one of the leading global exhibitions dedicated to homeland security and internal safety, Milipol Paris provides a forum where public authorities, industry players and technology providers can exchange perspectives on emerging challenges and solutions. For Intellitronika, participation in the event offered an opportunity to engage with an international audience of decision makers and practitioners.

On its stand, the company showcased a range of systems illustrating how connected devices, secure platforms and integrated control environments can work together to support operational effectiveness. The presence of senior representatives from partner institutions, including the Arma dei Carabinieri, underlined the practical relevance of the solutions presented.
